Mickey Mouse - True Friend (Puzzle Promo).
13.2% of copies sent to PSA come back a 10. Sold and median are 90 days of completed eBay and TCGplayer listings. The 9.5 is a CGC and BGS grade, so it carries no PSA population.

PSA has graded 38 copies. Where they landed:
Why the verdict weights the odds
Only 13.2% of copies reach a 10, which is why the top price is the wrong number to plan around. The verdict beside the card weights each grade’s PSA price by these odds: a submission is worth $17.36 on average against $122.48 for the card plus $79.99 at Regular, the cheapest level PSA will insure it at.
1 of the 2 grades priced above had no sales at that grade, so the figure is modelled from the grades that did rather than observed.
What CGC copies sold for
Sold prices from listings that named the grader and the grade, not asking prices, and not a PSA figure converted across. A CGC 9 runs about 0.44x the PSA 9 on the cards where we hold both, but the spread is wide enough that it is only worth quoting where copies actually traded, which is what these are. The count beside each price is how many.
CGC 9 and 9.5 are one row on purpose. A CGC 9.5 sells for 3% more than a 9 across the corpus and is the cheaper of the two on nearly half of cards, so the market is not pricing them apart and splitting them here would invent a distinction. BGS is left split because there the same test says a 9.5 really is worth about 30% more.

What moves the price of this card
The Mickey Mouse - True Friend (Puzzle Promo) on this page is the Holofoil printing from Disney Lorcana Promo Cards, and it trades at $23.05 in near mint condition. The same name is on 4 other printings: Disney Lorcana Promo Cards 10 at $1,463, Disney Lorcana Promo Cards 15 at $110.31, The First Chapter 12/204 at $8.71, Fabled 13/204 at $0.37, so read the set, the number and the rarity together before comparing prices.
Graded, it runs PSA 9 $27.49, CGC/BGS 9.5 $30. PSA has graded 38 copies of it. 54 completed sales are on file.
Condition does most of the work below the surface. A copy with soft corners or a print line off centre trades well under the market price shown here, and a copy clean enough to grade trades well above it. Before you value your own copy, look at the corners under a light and check the centring on the back, where most cards give themselves away.
